RAPIDwarm is tunnel warmer for cold filled beverages to bring it to room temperature after filling cold. It is to avoid condensation over container. Modular design makes it possible to offer options of wide range of process areas that suits for different products. Modules up to width of 4.2 mtr can be offered in single tunnel design.

Special design nozzles made of special plastics with 120⁰ water spray avoids any chance of dead spray zone throughout the process area.

Dynamic transfer system (DTS) is available for both infeed and discharge side of tunnel warmer. It ensures smooth transfer of container without any dead plate.
