RAPIDpack, series of pick-n-place packer can handle wide range of containers (cylindrical shape) to be packed in plastic crate OR carton. Different pack formation is possible to create for PET OR Glass bottles. Precisely controlled movement and sequences ensure the gentle treatment of products. It has various sizes of packing lengths ranging from 1,400 – 2,800 mm.

The bottles on bottle table are divided in lanes. Controlling the pressure on bottles table is very critical , which is maintained by special sensor. The pre-positioned bottles are gripped using air operated gripper heads and release in to set plastic crate/cartons. Different functions on the trajectories for loaded and unloaded cycle as per pack and bottles dimensions are adjustable from HMI.

Packer having options of single column or double column design according to line speed. Single column packer is used for smaller line speed up to 1,800 mm of packing zone. As the speed increases, double column packer with single lane carton/crate packing is selected up to 2,800 mm, which serve medium range line speed. For high speed line speed, double column with double lane carton/crate packing is selected.
